Harris County Constable Precinct Oneβs Internet Crimes Against Children Unit arrested Pedro Solis, 54, near Pearland after he allegedly had sexually explicit conversations with someone he believed was a 15-year-old girl.
The βgirlβ was actually an undercover Detective investigating online predators. Investigators said Solis also bragged about exposing himself to Amazon delivery drivers and neighbors while sitting naked near his Alvin home. He was allegedly making plans to meet the undercover Detective on the morning of his arrest.
Solis is charged with online solicitation of a minor, a third-degree felony punishable by two to 10 years in prison and a fine of up to $10,000. Pearland Police assisted Harris County Constable Precinct One with the arrest.
