After being made aware of the situation and the post we made last night, Councilman Guerrero immediately began coordinating with the health department to ensure these issues are addressed promptly.

The property was recently sold, and the new owner terminated all employees.
Reports suggest the new owner may not be paying necessary bills, contributing to the current state of disrepair.
The health department is now involved and will conduct site visits to assess the conditions. If the property is deemed unhealthy or uninhabitable, the owner will have 30 days to remediate the issues before citations can be issued.
