Hit and Run on Westheimer near Hwy 6
47-year-old Gary Hurts was killed in a hit-and-run crash Sunday night on Houston’s west side, according to his family.
Gary was reportedly struck while walking when the driver of the vehicle fled the scene. According to his family members, the vehicle involved was a tow truck.
HPD is currently investigating the incident and working to identify the driver responsible. Anyone with information is urged to contact HPD’s Hit-and-Run Division or Crime Stoppers.
