HERE IS A BREAKDOWN OF ARREST WARRANT FOR ROBERT SHRADER Robert WHO WAS ARRESTED FOR INSTALLING RECODING DEVICES AT MEMORIAL HERMANN THE WOODLANDS!
On August 21, 2025, maintenance workers at Memorial Hermann Hospital in The Woodlands discovered a hidden wireless camera in the ceiling of a unisex restroom. They immediately turned it over to hospital security.
When hospital staff checked the memory card inside, they found videos—including one clearly showing Robert Pinon Shrader, a hospital employee, installing the camera.
Investigators later searched Shrader’s office (with the hospital’s permission) and found another hidden camera and an extra memory card.
Just a few days later, on August 25, 2025, another hidden camera was found in a restroom on the hospital’s third floor.
Forensic analysis of the memory cards revealed:
• 177 video clips on the first card, including footage of Shrader setting up the device and people unknowingly using the restroom.
• 131 video clips on the second card (still under review).
Detectives confirmed the footage was intended to capture people in states of undress without their knowledge.
Because of this evidence, investigators believe Robert Pinon Shrader committed the felony crime of Invasive Visual Recording. A warrant for his arrest was requested.R
