VALENTINE’S BANDIT
Investigators from the Harris County Precinct 3 Constables Office are investigating a theft that occurred on February 2, 2026, at the Zales jewelry store located at 14237 East Sam Houston Pkwy. The suspect entered the store and stole a diamond ring before fleeing on foot. The suspect was dressed in a white T-shirt, black jogging pants, white tennis shoes and a white/blue baseball cap with red lettering. The male had tattoos on his face, neck, arms, and hands.
