On February 7, 2026, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman’s Environmental Investigations Division conducted a follow-up investigation in the 22170 block of Schiel Road, a location known for illegal dumping.
During the investigation, video surveillance captured a male suspect exiting a white truck and dumping approximately 500 pounds of household trash and debris before leaving the area in the same vehicle.
After a thorough investigation, the suspect was identified as Kantrell Holloway.
