On April 27, 2026, Deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to an apartment in the 13800 block of Napoli Dr in reference to a disturbance.
Upon arrival, deputies were advised that an adult male had been discovered inside the residence in a bedroom with a juvenile female. Deputies detained the male and secured the scene for further investigation.
Detectives with Constable Herman’s Special Victims Unit responded and conducted a thorough investigation, which included collecting evidence and interviewing all parties involved.
The adult male was identified as Isaac Mendoza Lopez. During the investigation, Lopez provided statements to Detectives, and the Harris County District Attorney’s Office accepted a charge of Indecency with a Child by Sexual Contact.
Isaac Lopez was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, where he remains in custody.
