A public viewing will be held for Lorenzo Salgado Araujo, the Houston man who was fatally shot during an encounter with ICE agents last week.
The viewing is open to the public and will be held on Thursday, July 16, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Great Chapel at Forest Park Lawndale, 6900 Lawndale St., Houston, TX 77023.
A rosary will take place from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
Those attending are asked to wear any shade of blue in Lorenzo’s honor.
The family also respectfully asks that all cell phones be left in vehicles before entering the service.
Please continue to keep Lorenzo’s family and loved ones in your thoughts as they prepare to lay him to rest.
