Armed Robbery Attempt Gone Wrong: Victim Fights Back, Leaves 3 Juveniles Hospitalized in NW Harris County!!
HCSO Deputies, Detectives and Crime Scene Investigators are investigating a shooting in North Harris County that took place last night before midnight.
Four juveniles, attempted to rob a man at gunpoint at an apartment complex located at 12700 N. Houston Rosslyn Road near Highway 249. The man then produced a weapon of his own and shots were fired. Three of the juveniles were shot and transported to the hospital. Two are in stable condition, while one is listed in critical condition. The fourth juvenile initially fled the scene but was later detained. The suspects are between 12 and 14 years old.
The intended robbery victim, remained on the scene and is cooperating with authorities. The Harris County Sheriff’s Office Violent Crimes Division and Crime Scene Unit are investigating, and the case remains active.
