IN CUSTODY: Richard Taplin Charged with Murder in Sister’s Fatal Shooting on MLK Blvd

Richard Taplin was charged with murder in the fatal shooting of his sister at 8100 MLK Blvd on Saturday, April 27. Taplin was arrested in Phoenix, Arizona, on Monday, May 20, and is awaiting extradition to Harris County.
