A contractor working in the Katy area, specifically from Marvida Drive down to Stansberry south of I-10, has reported multiple thefts from their job sites, including fuel and a surveillance camera installed to monitor their equipment. The attached pictures are from the camera that was stolen during one of the fuel theft incidents. Unfortunately, there is no video because the individual turned off the camera before footage could be retrieved. The suspect siphoned 100 gallons of diesel fuel and was in and out within 20 minutes, suggesting he has done this before. Katy police are involved, and there is an ongoing investigation. The contractor is reaching out to see if anyone might recognize the individual or the truck in the images.
