A Baytown man has been arrested and charged with creating AI-generated porn of a woman and a minor. The suspect is also a debate coach at Lee College and IMPACT Early College High School, which is connected to Goose Creek ISD, records show.
Baytown Police say Rigoberto “Rigo” Ruiz used AI to turn a screenshot from an Instagram account into pornography. This includes using AI to create a child, which also depicted in explicit ways.
Ruiz was arrested and charged.
