A Hood News Peep currently aboard the Carnival Legend reported a rescue that took place in the middle of the Gulf of Mexico while the ship was en route from Galveston to Cozumel.
According to the Hood News Peep, the cruise ship rescued a man and his cat from a sailboat late last night. The vessel had been drifting at sea for four days before they were spotted and brought aboard safely. The man and his cat were dropped off in Cozumel this morning, once the ship docked. The cat is ok!
