CAUGHT ON CAMERA: SHOPPING SPREE GONE WRONGOn November 1, 2025, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the Houston Premium Outlet Mall located in the 29300 block of Northwest Freeway in reference to a credit card abuse report.
The complainant reported that she misplaced her credit card at a nearby store and later discovered unauthorized purchases totaling over $245 — one at Lululemon for $126.05 and another at the Nike Outlet for $119.04. Surveillance footage captured the same female suspect making both transactions.
She is described as a white female with dark hair, wearing an orange shirt, blue leggings, and white shoes, and carrying a white Lululemon shopping bag.
“Deputies are actively investigating and ask the public to assist in identifying this suspect before her next shopping trip turns into a ‘charge she didn’t authorize — behind bars.’ Anyone with information is encouraged to contact our dispatch and refer to case #2511-00106.” – Constable Mark Herman
