Charges have been filed against Bobby Singh Shah, 51, for the capital murder of Muna Pandey, 21, who was found fatally shot at an apartment on West Airport Boulevard. After a coordinated effort by HPD, HPD SWAT Officers, the HPD Crime Reduction Unit and the Texas Department of Public Safety, Shah was arrested during a traffic stop in northwest Houston. He is currently booked in the Harris County Jail.
