CONSTABLES ARREST SUSPECT FOR ASSAULTING A 11 YEAR OLD AT A PARK!
On March 9, 2025, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a park located in the 15400 block of Day Trip Trail in reference to a disturbance. Upon arriving, the suspect involved was detained and identified as Manuel Gonzalez.
Further investigation revealed he pushed a 11 year old victim against a pole, causing pain and spat on him.
“Manuel Gonzalez was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Injury to a Child. His bond was set at $8,500.00 out out the 177th District Court.” – Constable Mark Herman
