Disturbing Video Under InvestigationA troubling video circulating on Instagram shows a young man with his hands bound by duct tape, appearing to have been beaten, while an armed driver points a gun at him and questions him about a stolen “High Country” Chevy truck. Two other individuals are also seen inside the vehicle during the incident. Throughout the video, the victim is being stripped of his clothing.

The video has been turned over to law enforcement for investigation. Efforts are underway to determine where this occurred and to confirm the well-being of the victim.
