Last night we went out to a USPS Processing Facility in Missouri City after a fatal shooting left one person dead and another in custody. The incident occurred around 9:45 PM at the facility located at 611 Highway 90 Alt.
Kevin J. Hines, 35, was killed at the scene and Derrick Lott, 24, was arrested and charged with murder. Below is a mugshot of Lott.
Lott was taken into custody by Missouri City PD without further incident. The U.S. Postal Inspection Service is handling the investigation.
