George Albert Saldivar, has been charged with murder following the fatal stabbing of a 61-year-old man at an apartment complex on Aldine Westfield Road on October 16. Paramedics responding to a life-alert found the victim unresponsive and saw the suspect fleeing the scene. HPD officers quickly detained Saldivar, who is now in the Harris County Jail. The victim’s identity is still being verified.
