Francisco Hinojosa, 25, was found guilty of AGG SEX ASSLT CHILD-UNDER 14 after a jury trial in August
Hinojosa is from the C.E. King area in East Harris County. The jury sentenced him to 25 years in prison.
The case was heard in the 495th Criminal District Court under Cause No. 1746369.
The victim’s mother told us that Hinojosa attended traveling softball games and was around youth softball teams and young girls. She shared this information because she believes there may be additional victims who have not yet been identified.
The mother is speaking publicly because she believes there could be others who have not come forward. Anyone with relevant information, or anyone who believes they may have been victimized, is encouraged to contact law enforcement.
