Alleged Incident Outside Nail Salon on 300 Block of El Dorado Sparks Police Response
CLEAR LAKE AREA – A confrontation outside a business in the 300 block of El Dorado Blvd, near Westbrook Intermediate School, reportedly led to police intervention following allegations of inappropriate conduct by a local business owner.
According to several Hood News Peeps, students often gather near an ice cream shop in the shopping center across from the school during dismissal. The worker of a nearby nail salon, is accused of regularly confronting students outside her business — with claims that she dumps buckets of cleaning chemicals near or on students who linger in front of her store.
Witnesses say tensions escalated when a parent allegedly confronted the salon owner after her child was splashed with chemicals. The situation reportedly turned physical, prompting a police response. According to Peeps and what we see in the videos provided, the woman was taken into custody.
Hood News Peeps also report that this isn’t an isolated issue, alleging a similar police response occurred one day before.
As of now, no formal statement has been released by authorities. All individuals involved are presumed innocent unless proven otherwise as the investigation continues.
