HPD is investigating a deadly shooting that happened around 6:40 PM last night (October 21) at 9303 Town Park Dr at the Falls of Town Park Apartments.
Officers responded to reports of gunfire at the complex and found a 31-year-old man suffering from gunshot wounds. HFD Paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene. His identity is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
Investigators say the victim entered the apartment complex and was followed by an unknown man who had just gotten out of a black SUV or van. The suspect, wearing a black ski mask, ran toward the victim, fired multiple shots, and then took off on foot.
