Detectives are looking for Nicolaos Rafael Cuellar (40) and Julian Isaiah Cuellar (25), both charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. A 16-year-old male suspect has already been arrested and is in custody.
A few weeks ago, we posted that HPD was looking to identify a white vehicle connected to the shooting of a 16-year-old boy in the 4900 block of Oats St. on July 30.
Police say after an argument, the suspects hit the teen with the vehicle and then shot him.
