Huntsville ISD 5th grade science teacher Eric William Buchek, 42, is charged with improper relationship with a student, a second-degree felony.
The arrest happened yesterday by the Huntsville Police Department. He remains at the Walker County jail on a $7,500 bond. According to reports. We do not have any further information to release at this time.
