INTOXICATED WRONG WAY DRIVER ARRESTED FOR MANSLAUGHTER AFTER KILLING A 46 YEAR OLD FEMALE VICTIM!
On March 8, 2025, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 13800 block of the Hardy Toll Road in reference to a head on major accident where one driver was deceased. The at fault driver was identified as Jasmine Arteaga, who displayed signs of intoxication.
She was transported to a local hospital to be treated for minor injuries and a blood warrant was obtained and executed.
“Jasmine Arteaga was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Intoxication Manslaughter. Her bond was set at $250,000.00 out of the 338th District Court.” – Constable Mark Herman
