Justice for Noah Ramirez: Family Still Searching for Answers Months After Innocent Man Was Killed

Back in April, 27-year-old Noah Ramirez lost his life after a shooting outside a nightclub in Midtown, and months later, his family is still waiting for justice.
According to Houston police, around 2:09 AM, officers working an extra job at the club heard multiple gunshots coming from a parking lot across the street as the club was letting out. Investigators said a fight had broken out between two groups before at least one person opened fire into a crowd of people who were simply trying to leave.
Noah’s family says he was not involved in the altercation. They say he was at a stop sign when the gunfire erupted. Like anyone else caught in the chaos, Noah tried to protect himself and get away.
A bullet entered through his left side and traveled across his ribs. Despite being critically wounded, Noah managed to walk about a block before collapsing. CPR was performed at the scene, but he could not be saved.
Police said three people were shot that night. Another man was transported to the hospital after suffering a gunshot wound, and a third victim drove themselves to a hospital after being shot in the arm.
Noah’s family says the tragedy is especially heartbreaking because he wasn’t part of the fight. He was an innocent man whose life was stolen by violence that had nothing to do with him.
“Noah was someone’s son, brother, uncle, friend, and loved one. He had dreams, a future, and a life worth living. This wasn’t his fight to fight, yet he paid the ultimate price.”
Months have now passed, and no one has been held accountable for Noah’s death.
His family refuses to let his name be forgotten. They are asking everyone to continue sharing Noah’s story and to come forward with any information that could help investigators.
Justice delayed is justice denied.
