A Hood News Peep living at Lakeside Forest Apartments at 1251 Wilcrest is speaking out about ongoing and unsafe conditions in the complex, which they describe as being managed by slumlords. According to them, half the complex has been without electricity for two days, with no timeline given for when it will be restored.
The Peep also reported trash piling up, drug addicts occupying vacant units, and runaway kids roaming the property during school hours. On top of that, there are ongoing issues with water leaks, broken glass, mold, and other serious hazards throughout the property.
