Authorities responded to a shooting incident at an apartment complex on Paramatta LN near 1960. HCSO Deputies and investigators arrived at the scene to find a man sleeping in the back seat of his 4-door pickup truck. Suddenly, a male, possibly armed with pistols, entered the truck and attempted to rob the sleeping man. However, the sleeping man, who had an AR-15, acted swiftly and shot the intruder several times. Tragically, the wounded intruder was pronounced deceased at the scene. A Hood News Peep provided this information.
Update: It was revealed that the sleeping man in the truck had been previously kicked out by his girlfriend.
