Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Continues Investigation into Former Memorial Hermann Employee for Invasive Visual Recording.
The criminal investigation into former Memorial Hermann employee, Robert Shrader, for felony charges of Invasive Visual Recording continues at this time.
The investigation revealed hidden recording devices installed within ceiling tiles adjacent to exhaust fans in two unisex restrooms in the Memorial Hermann Hospital, The Woodlands Campus. One restroom is situated on the second floor, opposite the labor and delivery unit, while the second restroom is located on the third floor within the Medical Surgical Unit.
Detectives are meticulously analyzing digital files to identify victims and ascertain the comprehensive details of this case. To date, eight victims have been positively identified through investigative efforts, and detectives continue to seek additional individuals associated with this incident.
As detectives continue to identify further victims, individuals who were employed as external contract service providers and utilized these staff restrooms in August 2025 are encouraged to contact the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.
