DUO ARRESTED FOR ONLINE SOLICITATION OF A MINOR
On March 18, 2025, detectives from Constable Ryan Gable’s Office engaged in a joint operation with the Texas Department of Public Safety Criminal Investigation Division, the Shenandoah Police Department, the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, and other members of the Houston Area Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. The goal of this operation was to identify individuals attempting to solicit minors for sexual activities online. During the operation, a detective from Constable Gable’s Office identified two suspects, Diego Cajas Espinoza from The Woodlands, Texas, and Henrik Mouton from Spring, Texas, who were trying to solicit a minor for sexual purposes.
Detectives from Precinct 3, in collaboration with the Texas Department of Public Safety, successfully located and arrested Mouton and Espinoza, who now face charges of Online Solicitation of a Minor, a second-degree felony. Both individuals have been booked into the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Jail, where they are currently being held on a $30,000 bond.
Constable Gable and the Montgomery County Precinct 3 Constable’s Office take pride in their involvement with the Houston-Metro Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, underscoring their unwavering commitment to safeguarding children from harm and exploitation.
