A Hood News Peep submitted a video recorded in low-light conditions during the early morning hours. The footage shows a man pulling a woman on a dolly. At one point, the woman can be heard calling out for help while the individual continues moving her.
The person who recorded the video stated they contacted police at the time. When followed up later, they advised the situation was handled by law enforcement. However, no location or official confirmation has been provided.
