Pearland Police Seek Public’s Help Identifying Suspect in Assisted Living Jewelry Theft

Pearland, TX – On October 25, 2025, at approximately 6:16 PM, the Pearland Police Department responded to a theft report at Trinity Oaks Assisted Living Facility, located at 3033 Pearland Parkway, Pearland, Brazoria County, Texas.
Upon arrival, the officer made contact with the reporting party, who stated his 95 year old mother, had her jewelry stolen from her room while she was away at dinner.
The reportee explained when he and his mother returned from the dining area, they noticed the drawers in the bedroom, which had been closed before leaving, were now open. Upon further inspection, they found multiple drawers in the bathroom open. After searching the bathroom dresser, they discovered that several pieces of jewelry, valued at approximately $500, had been taken from three separate jewelry boxes.
The reportee had previously installed a surveillance camera in the room after a similar incident. The footage revealed a female, wearing dark-colored scrubs, entering Room 12 at approximately 4:31 PM. The suspect was seen entering the bathroom but briefly peeking out to check if anyone was watching before reentering the restroom and leaving the room moments later.
The reportee informed facility staff about the incident and provided them with the video footage, noting that the female suspect was not an employee of the facility. Trinity Oaks staff also reviewed their security cameras but were unable to identify the female or locate footage of her entering or exiting the building.
As of now, Pearland Police have no further leads on the suspect’s identity and is seeking help from the public to identify the female suspect.
