It is with a heavy heart that I share the news that Tim was found deceased inside his vehicle in the parking lot of a fast food restaurant off the 2800 block of Yale, near the N 610 Loop. Details are still unfolding, no suspected foul play. Please keep his family and loved ones in your thoughts during this difficult time.
