HCSO SWAT Responded to an apartment complex in N Harris County.
A Pct 4 Constable Deputy responded to an initial call at 12655 Kuykendahl between W. Rankin and Demontrond, in reference to a male firing shots. Upon arrival, a male began firing shots at Constable Deputies. As additional units arrived, including the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, the male continued firing shots, fortunately there was no reported injuries.The suspect changed his clothes and tried to hide in Augusta apartment unit with a woman and children. Law enforcement officers were ableapprehended suspect and take him into custody with no other incidents.
