Thank you for sharing and getting the word out about the starving dog left on that patio in Westpark Tollway and Hwy 6 Area. Turns out the dog does have an owner and the owner is just fine while the dog was left to starve on a patio with feces all around. Barc now has the dog. The owner surrendered the dog over voluntarily. There is an open case and the pup will be held on a cruelty case. As soon as the pup is available for us to take in, I’ll let everyone know! I’ve already committed that we will help find a home for the pup.
