UPDATE: Booking photo of Tilford Anthony Joseph, 46, who is in custody and charged with murder in the fatal shooting of a woman on Tuesday (May 7) at Almeda and N McGregor. This is the suspect who was barricaded inside an apartment during the SWAT standoff yesterday in Katy.
Joseph is also charged with firing shots at a Precinct 7 Deputy, stealing his police car, and then returning for the Camaro and shooting at the Deputy a second time. He also has a lengthy criminal record and was out on deferred adjudication from the 177th court for assault impeding breath on the same woman he killed.
