UPDATE: HPD has released a surveillance photo of a suspect vehicle connected to the fatal shooting of a 24-year-old man at 10500 Bauman Road around 11:15 AM on Sunday (March 15).
As we reported yesterday, a man was found shot in the street. Investigators are now asking for the public’s help identifying a vehicle believed to be involved.
Police say the vehicle is believed to be a gray 2007–2012 Nissan Altima with a dent around the back right wheel frame. A photo of the vehicle has been released.
According to HPD Homicide Division investigators, patrol officers responded to the shooting at the above address and found the man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds in the street. Houston Fire Department paramedics pronounced him deceased at the scene.
Investigators learned the victim was walking northbound on Bauman Road when someone in the vehicle pictured got out and fired multiple times, striking the victim. The suspect then fled the scene.
