The Waller County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed that all three suspects involved in the September 21, 2025 shooting near the Ameripark youth baseball field are now in custody.
Each suspect has been charged with Deadly Conduct – Discharge of a Firearm, a felony offense. Prosecutors will continue working closely with investigators as the case moves forward.
