13th St. and Seawall in Galveston
A man from Houston lost his life after a drowning yesterday evening. According to a Peep, the man was spotted floating face down in chest-deep water. Good Samaritans pulled him to shore and tried to help until lifeguards arrived.
Lifeguards crew gave CPR until paramedics took over. The man was transported to the hospital, but unfortunately did not survive. A Hood News Peep sent in the below image. Prayers going up.
