According to a Hood News Peep, Sunset Gardens Apartments have reportedly gone almost two weeks without garbage service, and the situation is getting out of hand. 311 and the Houston Apartment Association have been contacted.
Trash is piling up to the point it’s becoming a serious health and safety concern. The Peep reported seeing rodents and even a raccoon hopping on an old mattress, and there are flies festering all over. Residents are now worried about roaches and rats being drawn to the growing mess.
