Trayvion Lockridge Is In Custody!

Trayvion Lockridge Is In Custody! He just turned himself in.
This is the same suspect previously charged in the brutal beating and robbery of a 67-year-old man with Alzheimer’s, is now in custody facing new felony charges—this time for allegedly threatening a woman with a gun in a separate incident. He’s not supposed to be in possesion of a weapon.
And get this: he was out on bond when it happened.
Originally, his bond was set at $50,000. But the 262nd District Court thought it was a good idea to reduce it to $20,000. Of course, he made that lowball bond and walked right out the door.
How on earth was reducing his bond in the best interest of public safety? This man beat an elderly dementia patient senseless and is now accused of threatening a woman with a gun. Now that he’s in custody, will he back out on bond? That’s another question to ask.
