A Hood News Peep at Solano Apartments, located at 535 W. NASA Road 1, Webster, Texas 77598, lives in the unit with her small children.
The Peep has reported and documented conditions that raise health and safety concerns. These include lack of hot water, lack of heating, and sewage observed on the sidewalk leading to the apartment. The peep has also reported roach activity within the unit and rodent activity observed in exterior common areas.
Per our conversation, these concerns have been communicated to property management multiple times. As of tonight, the conditions remain unresolved. The Hood News Peep also reports that management advised a unit transfer would require a $300 fee.
