The family of Christelrose Ramirez, who had been missing, has come forward with info against a man identified as Jesus Varela, the boyfriend of their loved one.
According to court records, Varela is accused of killing his girlfriend on December 1. He was arrested on December 6th. Records further state that he forced a family member to help hide her body and destroy evidence. That same family member reported that Varela assaulted him and held him against his will through force and intimidation. Christelrose’s remains had not been found at the time charges were filed, and Varela now faces multiple charges with a total bond set at $245,000.
This evening, her family confirmed that Christelrose’s body was found off I-45 and Greens.
