Baytown Police Department arrests 20-year-old Zachary Eleby of Baytown. Eleby has been charged with the murder of Jerome Harris.
This arrest is the result of diligent investigative work by Baytown Police detectives, who utilized a combination of evidence analysis, technology, and strong community partnerships to advance the case. Chief of Police John Stringer commended the efforts of the department, stating: “I am extremely proud of our detectives for their relentless dedication to this investigation.
