UPDATE: Suspect Arrested & Charged for Indecent Exposure
At Wednesday October 8,2025 at approximately 7:30 PM, Deputy Balderas from Silvia Trevino,Harris County Constable Precinct 6 was dispatched to a suspicious person call at a business near 6161 Gulf Fwy. The victim reported that the a man exposed himself in the lobby of the business. Deputy Balderas reviewed video surveillance, which confirmed the suspect’s actions.
The suspect, Ernest Reyes, was charged with Indecent Exposure (Class A) and transported to Harris County Jail. And Guess what? We featured him as a Come on Down!
Last week, we posted about another incident on Westheimer & Fondren where a Hood News Peep said a man entered her store and exposed himself before being kicked out.
Her property manager recognized the same man from a prior incident — and sure enough, it turned out to be the same individual: Ernest Reyes. Witnesses said several people in the hallway tried to make him leave, but instead, he began acting inappropriately and exposing himself again.
Thanks to all our Hood News Peeps who helped identify him. Shoutout to Precinct 6 for capturing the Skin Flute Bandit. If you’ve been a victim or witnessed similar behavior involving Reyes, please reach out to law enforcement. He’s currently in custody, and your information could help strengthen the case.
