Cypress, Texas – Windhaven Subdivision (18000 block of Windhaven Lake Drive):
A Hood News Peep’s friend spotted what looked like a vehicle sticking out of the water and called it in. HCSO responded and brought in their dive team. One male occupant was found deceased inside the submerged vehicle. Authorities remain on scene securing the area and continuing their investigation.
