Authorities say a 15-year-old, who was with a group of teenagers riding 4-wheelers and hanging out on a construction road near Magnolia, drowned after wading into floodwaters near a retention pond.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office say the teenager sank when the water suddenly got deeper.
