Southwest Airlines flight evacuated at Houston’s Hobby Airport
A Southwest Airlines flight bound for Houston’s Hobby Airport was evacuated Friday morning at Denver International Airport after a cellphone battery caught fire. One passenger suffered minor injuries during the evacuation, while the phone’s owner was treated for burns. All 108 passengers were safely evacuated while the plane was still at the gate.
