EVADING SUSPECTS APPREHENDED Constable Deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office have apprehended the suspects accused of robbing a food delivery driver in the 3800 block of FM 2920. Authorities located the individuals hiding in the attic of a residence near the 4000 block of Mossy Place Lane. All suspects are now in custody. The law enforcement perimeter has been lifted, and the area is confirmed secure. Deputies and assisting units worked swiftly and professionally to bring the situation to a safe resolution.
