Earlier this afternoon, a woman was discovered thrown on the side of the road at the intersection of Almeda Road near Holmes. Good Samaritans got out to assist her and cover her. One gentleman removed the ties that were used to bound her hands behind her back. A Hood News Peep, who is truck driver called 911.
The female was responsive and able to move her head.
